These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the slotbajee platform and all services under it. By creating an account on slotbajee or continuing to use the site, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all the conditions set out below.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you disagree with any condition, please refrain from using the site. For any questions, our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Eligibility and Registration
The following eligibility conditions must be met to open an account on slotbajee.
Important: slotbajee is open only to individuals aged 21 or above. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using any gaming services.
Registration Requirements

- Each individual may operate only one account.

- The user must operate the account in their own name and for their own benefit.

Account Management

Password and Account Security

Multiple Account Restriction
Only one account per individual is permitted. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be permanently closed and bonus balances will be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household use the same device or internet connection, the support team must be informed in advance.

Deposit Rules
- Deposits must be made from your own mobile banking account.
- Deposits through a third party are not accepted.
- The minimum deposit for each method is ৳200.
- Keep screenshots of any transaction issues.
- slotbajee does not charge any deposit fees (mobile operator charges may apply).
Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals can only be made to the account used for the deposit.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is not complete.
- Withdrawals will not be processed if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
- slotbajee generally processes withdrawals within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Bonuses and Promotions
slotbajee offers bonuses and promotions for new and regular members. However, each bonus comes with specific conditions that must be met.
Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
- Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a maximum of ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000.
To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (wagering requirement: 15x). The bonus funds cannot be cashed out until the wagering is complete.
General Bonus Terms
- Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already in progress.
- A bonus may only apply to specified games.
- A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to bonus winnings.
- Each promotion has its own time limit; the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
- In the event of a breach of bonus terms, the entire bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.
VIP Cashback Program
slotbajee's VIP program has five tiers, each with a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.7%
- Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
- Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.2%
Higher tiers can be reached through regular gaming activity.
Gaming Rules
Some general rules have been established to govern gaming activities on the slotbajee platform.
Slots and Casino
The outcome of all slot and casino games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Fair play is ensured and each round is conducted independently. The result of a previous round does not affect the next round.
Sports Betting
Odds are variable in all sports betting including cricket. Bets can be placed before an event starts. Betting rules will apply if a match is abandoned or suspended. Unusual betting activity is monitored.
Fishing and Other Games
The rules for earning points in fishing games are detailed on each game's own page. If a technical error occurs during a game, the relevant round may be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
Technical Error: In the event of an incomplete transaction due to a software or hardware error, slotbajee will endeavour to provide the fairest resolution possible. In such situations, the decision of the support team will be considered final.
Prohibited Activities
Participation in any of the activities listed below will result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of the balance.

- Falsifying a user's identity or using another person's account.
- Cyber attacks, phishing or hacking against the platform.
- Attempting to control game outcomes through collusion with other members.
- Attempting to complete account verification using false information or forged documents.

Account Suspension & Closure
slotbajee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under certain circumstances.
Temporary Suspension
An account may be temporarily suspended for the following reasons:

- Temporary break at the user's request.
- Possibility of a security breach.
Permanent Closure
An account will be permanently closed in the following cases:
- Participation in prohibited activities (see Section 06).
- Use of a false identity or forged documents.
- Repeated violations of the terms.
- Order from a legal authority.
Voluntary Account Closure
You can request to close your account at any time through our support team. Withdraw any applicable balance before closing the account. Bonus balance will be forfeited if wagering conditions have not been met.

Right to Make Changes
slotbajee reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
